Call for industrial exhibition

Small scientific instruments and industry products, brochures, and books and magazines supplied can be exhibited during the conference (for five days; November 4 (Mon), 9:00 a.m. - November 8 (Fri), 12:00 noon). The Exhibition fee (Exhibition booth) provides you a free one-page advertisement in the abstract booklet and includes two-participant registration to attend the conference.

Industry exhibition fee

There are two types of the exhibition.

  1. One exhibition booth: 150,000 JPY
  2. One-page advertisement in the abstract booklet: 50,000 JPY

    Consumption tax of 10% included

1. One exhibition booth: 150,000 JPY

The fee includes:

(1) One-page advertisement (A4 size, gray scale) in the abstract booklet.
(2) Two-participant registrations to attend the conference including social events.
(3) Exhibition booth (Table of W600 mm x D1800 mm x H700 mm for table top displays) and W1800 mm x H2100 mm panel for poster displays (usable area of the panel: W1800 mm x H1400 mm because of the table of 700 mm height).
(4) One AC 100 V 5 A power supply.

2. One-page advertisement in the abstract booklet: 50,000 JPY

The fee includes:

(1) One-page advertisement (A4 size, gray scale) in the abstract booklet.

Note: Since the deadline of one-page advertisement is September 13, 2019, this option can be available before September 13, 2019.

Note 1: The industry exhibition fee DOES NOT include any conference materials (the abstract booklet).
Note 2: The participants registered as 'Industrial Exhibition' CANNOT GIVE their PRESENTATIONS in sessions. If those who register themselves as 'Industrial Exhibition' want to give their presentation, they SHOULD REGISTER themselves as REGULAR participants as well.

Registration and payment

Applications for the registration of the industry exhibition are made by filling out the REGISTRATION FORM (MS-Word file) and sending it to Representative of the Industrial Exhibition of PSA-19 (Dr. T, Saito) by e-mail. Also one digital file (PDF file) for free format one-page advertisement (A4 size) should be sent to Representative of the Industrial Exhibition of PSA-19 (Dr. T, Saito). The deadline of one-page advertisement is not later than September 13, 2019. The registration without one-page advertisement is available until October 4, 2019. All applications should be accompanied with full payment of the registration fee in Japanese Yen by the bank transfer.

After payment is completed please send a copy of the bank transfer record to Representative of the Industrial Exhibition of PSA-19 (Dr. T, Saito). The bank transfer fee should be paid by the participants.

Cancellation of registrations and refunds

No refund will be made, even if an applied exhibition is withdrawn.
